 More than forty years of diverse, design-focused, Architecture experience, primarily in Multi-family, Student, and Senior (55+) housing markets; Commercial/Corporate/Medical Office and Interiors; Government (Local, State and Federal/DoD project types); Retail and Mixed-use master planning; Convention centers; Higher Ed and Hospitality. Process oriented and a clear communicator, Paul’s primary role is leading the GCA design teams on site and building master- planning and concept design, as well as client and project management oversight, and business development team coordination. Paul has a talent for establishing trust between team members, and asking the right questions, to deliver thoughtful, beautiful design solutions. Paul has worked in five US cities over the course of his career to date, with professional client / project experience in cities including: Moscow, New York, Chicago, and in Atlanta since 1989. Since joining GCA in 2018, Paul has worked to develop projects and client relationships primarily across the east coast from Connecticut to Florida, and the Midwest. 

*Paul is an active AIA member, past-Atlanta AIA Board Member, and is an NCARB record registered professional, licensed to practice Architecture in 10 states. Paul holds professional degrees in Architecture from: The University of Notre Dame (5-year professional B. Arch with a minor in Art); Columbia University (M.S. Arch, with focus on urban planning and Real Estate development).
