Patrick J Wilson

Pat Wilson has over 34 years of experience in the development and construction Industry.

Pat was a Partner for 9 years at Paces Properties where he contributed to the development of iconic projects like: Krog Street Market, Atlanta Dairies, “The Office” Apartment Homes, and numerous multifamily projects. Pat also worked 8 years with Trammell Crow Residential (TCR), the largest builders of multifamily projects in the United States. Pat was Managing Director of multiple Condominium, Hotel, and Apartment projects from the initial land acquisition stage, to design, and through final completion of construction and sales in a five-state region.

Pat has managed the largest mixed use and multi-family projects developed in the Southeast Division @ TCR. Most recently he successfully completed The St Regis Hotel and Residences which had a $295 million dollar budget and has become an Atlanta landmark. Prior to joining Trammell Crow Residential he worked for 12 years with Batson Cook Company, a large Design-Build Construction Company, that has built quality projects throughout the Southeast for over 95 years. While with Batson Cook, Pat managed the construction of many highly successful multifamily projects.

Pat earned a BS from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Business and Finance. Pat was a Regional Credit Manager for Wachovia Bank and Trust in their corporate Headquarters in Winston Salem North Carolina for 3 years. While at Wachovia he attended the American Institute of Banking in addition to Wachovia’s credit school before moving into construction and development.
