Delvin Stephens

In the Fall of 2022, Gary B. Coursey & Associates welcomed its newest hire, Delvin Stephens. Delvin Stephens is an architectural designer/project manager with experience ranging from hospitality, residential, multi-family and mixed use developments. His detailed oriented persona and kind hearted nature tends to be an integral part of the professional atmosphere and family structured firm that is Coursey Architects. His involvement in project delivery stretches from schematic/concept development and documentation through construction administration.

Delvin holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Interior Architecture from Auburn University’s College of Architecture Design and Construction (CADC). He is an avid researcher of Greek Mythology, Kemetic History, and World Religion as he pursues professional architecture licensure. His hobbies include reading/writing, film review, sketching, photography, graphic design, as well as woodworking and 3D modeling documentation.
