The Row at 26th

The Row at 26th apartment community, recently acquired by new management, quickly decided their 5,000 s.f. combination clubhouse/leasing office needed a fresh new look which required some major renovation and upgrades. They reached out to GC&A for design services which allowed them to achieve a cleaner, more sophisticated appeal for their residents. The enhanced features include a 24 hour fitness center on the upper level of the clubhouse surrounded with floor to ceiling windows, allowing residents a picturesque view of the resort style pool area. The lower level of the clubhouse renovations include a newly design billiard area, a fully equipped stainless steel appliance kitchen with convenient seating areas throughout as well as a 24/7 cyber and coffee café.
