The Bloc

GC&A’s newest student housing community, The Bloc, opened it doors to students attending Texas Tech University in the Fall of 2017 and is the only project of it’s kind in Lubbock with a signature Rooftop Lounge. Students have the options of choosing between a townhome or flat style apartment design and each apartment offers either a 3 or 4 bedroom style. Other amenity designs for the students to enjoy are a large technology center with multiple computer stations, a 24 hour fitness center, private study rooms and a resort style pool with a large sun deck and cabanas. In additional to these many amenities this community has multiple interior courtyards with fire pits, bocce ball and a coffee bar.
