Park at the Marketplace

Park at the Marketplace is a small design renovation project that Gary B. Coursey and Associates was able to complete very quickly for the client and the management team. GC&A designed and expanded the fitness space and incorporated a new leasing office to the existing foot print, taking into account the finishes that were already present on the site. The update was successful with minimal inconvenience to the residents and staff and the significant impact the client was looking for through this expansion was provided with GC&A’s ID team and technical support.
