Epoch Clemson, a student housing complex, graces the edge of Lake Hartwell in Clemson University’s backyard. The multi-unit property features Cottages, Duplex Townhouses, various Brownstones with a Study Café, a Vista Café and a Fitness Center, surrounding a Quad with a Market Café and Pavilion.
