College Park

Situated in the College Park neighborhood, just walking distance from the University of Florida’s campus, these three projects are poised to breathe new life into the local student housing market. Responding to three unique sites in an established neighborhood, the emphasis is on compactness and efficiency, while still giving students everything they need to tackle college life. Our design team worked hand-in-hand with the client to create cost-effective construction techniques used across all buildings, while still allowing for the implementation of signature design elements unique to each project. Totaling 108 units and 300 beds, ranging from micro-studios all the way up to four-bed/four-bath configurations, the Heights, the Edge, and the Viceroy are guaranteed to offer the lifestyle students are looking for.
