Attiva Malone

Positioned on the corner of Peachtree Boulevard and Malone Drive in Chamblee, GA., this new mixed-use community provides a stellar experience for active senior living. Catering to 55+ residents, Attiva Malone provides all the conveniences of an urban lifestyle, including restaurants, retail, and relaxation. In addition, Attiva Malone incorporates 5-star outdoor living spaces, hosting a pool courtyard and a rooftop amenity deck that caps off the parking structure, providing residents with a multitude of activities, i.e. a pickle ball court. GCA’s design concept was developed to maintain a strong connection between the retail streetscape, the interior courtyard, and the surrounding community. This is achieved by introducing a secondary public streetscape within the project’s interior, connecting the two with a pedestrian boulevard, thus creating a vibrant, dynamic, and active gateway to the city of Chamblee.
