Ashbrook Crossing

The Emerson 1600 is a fresh, upbeat apartment community situated in the mature wooded surroundings of Marietta and boasts a newly remodeled clubhouse and pool amenity. Gary B. Coursey and Associates provided the architectural remodel of an existing clubhouse roof and interior ceiling truss feature. GC&A studied the existing structure through site visits and drawings, and with care and precision, provided to the client a successful renovation that incorporated new and interesting features while keeping with the feel of the earlier design.
