At 525 Avalon, Gary B. Coursey & Associates provided interior design for this 12,000 s.f. clubhouse, consisting of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces as well as two large model unit updates. This palm tree apartment community procured GC&A’s Interior Design team to give this clubhouse a fresh look which included and furnishing all spaces with eclectic accessories and updated finishes in the model units. GC&A designed the clubhouse with a modern, stylish look keeping to the look and feel of the Orlando area and enhanced this open community clubhouse with an inviting youthful look that new and current residents could appreciate and enjoy.
